Return & Refund Policy

At kiaranstore, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items according to the terms outlined below.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the items must meet all of the following criteria:

Item is unused and in its original condition.
Includes original packaging and all accessories.
Has not been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalized or customized products.
Gift cards.
Clearance or final sale items.
Products that have been used or altered after delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout for your order shipments.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected by your financial institution.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at playgamersl626@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been processed for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
